Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by TVT Travel
In the event of force majeure where TVT Travel is unable to perform the booked tour or service as agreed, TVT Travel must immediately notify the customer and refund the entire amount paid by the customer within three (3) working days (excluding holidays, Tet, Saturdays, and Sundays) from the time the cancellation notice is given, either by cash or bank transfer.
2. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation immediately after booking up to 10 days before departure: The customer will incur a penalty of 30% of the tour price.

Cancellation within 5 to 10 days before departure: The customer will incur a penalty of 50% of the tour price.

Cancellation within 3 to 5 days before departure: The customer will incur a penalty of 75% of the tour price.

Cancellation within 0 to 3 days before departure: The customer will incur a penalty of 100% of the tour price.
Important Notes:

In the event of a tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, or delays/cancellations by public transportation providers, TVT Travel will not be responsible for any additional compensation for extra costs incurred, other than the tour refund.

The above penalties represent the maximum cancellation fees. This cost may be reduced depending on the specific terms and conditions of each service provider to TVT Travel.

The cancellation time is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays/Tet.
Force Majeure Clause
If the tour program is cancelled or changed by either party due to a force majeure event (fire, severe weather, accidents, natural disasters, war, delays, or cancellations by public transportation providers, etc.), both parties shall be relieved of any obligation to compensate for losses incurred and shall not bear any legal liability. However, each party is responsible for making the utmost effort to assist the affected party in minimizing the losses caused by the force majeure event.
